Your registration fee of $450 (and $225 for spouse/guest) includes all programming, your choices of planned recreational activities, three nights’ hotel accommodation and all meals listed on the agenda.
Please pay your registration fee with your credit card when you register. The registration site is a secure site, so you can be assured your personal information will be protected.
During the registration process, you can select the dates you plan to arrive and depart at the hotel. If you choose to arrive earlier than Monday, February 3, or stay longer than Thursday, February 6, you may take advantage of the special CHS-negotiated room rate of $334.60 per night, inclusive of taxes and fees, for three nights prior and/or three nights following the event at your own expense. Ground transportation to and from airports will not be provided beyond designated times on Monday and Thursday.
Booking through CTM/ETM is not required, but by using CTM/ETM to make your airline reservations on a Delta flight, you will receive a 3 percent discount on your airfare and additional privileges. Yes, transportation will be provided if you arrive during the designated times on Monday and/or depart during the designated times on Thursday at John Wayne/Orange County International Airport, Los Angeles International Airport or Long Beach International Airport. This event is by invitation only. If you cannot attend and wish to recommend another person from your organization, please contact your CHS sales representative.
You must cancel on or before Friday, January 3, to receive a full refund of your registration fee. To cancel, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 651-355-5463.
Your spouse/guest is welcome at all meetings, meals and activities. There is an optional special tour and luncheon scheduled for spouses/guests on Tuesday during the general session.
Spouse/guest registration fee is $225 regardless of which activities are attended. The spouse/guest fee covers all scheduled meals, receptions, entertainment, planned recreation activities and presentations.
Your invitation is intended for you and your spouse/adult guest and not for children. We cannot accommodate additional guests at the CHS Top Customer Summit meetings, meals and entertainment events.
Recommended attire is business casual for meetings, receptions and meals. Dinners, evening entertainment and recreational functions are resort casual (polo shirts and shorts, sundresses, etc.). For boat tours, we recommend light jackets, hats, sunglasses and sunscreen (no high heels).

Information and an official Notice of the 2019 CHS Annual Meeting was mailed to all 2019 voting members on October 9. Delegate registration is separate from registration for the CHS Annual Meeting.
Yes, all delegates must register at the Delegate Registration Desks at the Annual Meeting by 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 5. Delegates may not self-register at the visitor kiosks.

Yes, if you are an eligible voting member, you may vote online in the 2019 Director Elections. General session voting on resolutions may only be done in person. Note, there are no director elections taking place in Regions 2, 6 and 7.

The hotel deadline was Nov. 15, 2019. There may be rooms available after this deadline, but those needs will be met on a case-by-case basis.

You will receive a separate hotel confirmation email from your Corporate Travel Management agent within ten (10) business days of registration for the CHS Annual Meeting.
All hotel changes or cancellations need to be made directly with the CHS Annual Meeting Event Team at least 72 hours prior to your date of arrival to avoid penalties.

Cooperatives must nominate young farmers and ranchers to participate. If you are interested in participating, talk to your local cooperative for nomination details.
The CHS New Leaders Forum, Dec. 3 to 4, prior to the CHS Annual Meeting, is designed exclusively for young farmers and ranchers to help them learn about the cooperative system, gain advocacy skills and network with other merging leaders.

A welcome reception and dinner will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 3, from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. We hope you will join us for the reception as it is a great time to meet other attendees and CHS Board members and leaders in an informal setting. The forum program will take place on Wednesday, Dec. 4, just before the 2019 CHS Annual Meeting on Dec. 5-6. After conclusion of the CHS New Leaders Forum program on Dec. 4, you are invited and strongly encouraged to take part in the CHS Annual Meeting education sessions and business meetings on Dec. 5-6. Your hotel reservations are made through the morning of Friday, Dec. 6, unless you let us know otherwise.
Your expenses (travel, hotel and planned meals) are covered by CHS and your nominating cooperative, but you will need a credit card on file with the hotel to cover any incidentals. At checkout, you should not be asked to pay any room or parking charges (unless you stay outside of meeting dates). Any other parking or mileage charges for the meeting can be reimbursed.
All meals will be provided during the CHS New Leaders Forum, beginning with dinner on Tuesday evening. Lunch is provided both days of the CHS Annual Meeting.
Dress code is business casual (slacks/khakis) for all events except the Tuesday and Wednesday evening receptions, which are casual.
The hotel for the event is the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis (1300 Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis, MN 55403). Reservations are made under your name.
